Travis White, Finance
Travis brings 20 years of experience in driving growth in emerging companies, corporate finance and investment banking. He derives great pleasure in working with companies to achieve milestones and goals through hard work, consistent positive attitude, and sense of humor.
As a director at Exvere, a Seattle investment bank, Travis led and supported buy and sell-side M&A; transactions, and strategic advisory assignments for privately owned businesses headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. These assignments included deal structure, negotiation and transaction and business strategy. Travis successfully completed sell-side transactions and advisory services in the areas of building materials, construction supply, manufacturing and distribution, and applied technology.
While the financial officer at Scatter Creek Holdings, a young rural real estate development company, Travis was primarily responsible for developing business strategy to accelerate company’s growth, and transition company from early stage start-up to a profitable, professionally managed company. During his time there revenue grew more than 400% and headcount increased from 4 to 15.
As the Director of Corporate Finance at Evergreen Aviation Travis was part of a corporate finance team that successfully restructured $600+MM in defaulted corporate debt, $125MM of which was publicly traded bonds.
Travis earned degrees in accounting and business management from Whitworth University and played on their soccer team. When not working Travis can be found on family adventures with his wife and two young children, coaching his kid’s sports teams, and skiing or golfing (better than Brant).
