Mark brings over 16 years’ experience in finance, consulting and investment banking to Atlas. He has worked with companies in the technology, business services, consumer products and industrial sectors, from startup through Fortune 500. Mark works with Atlas’ clients implementing financial and operations controls, focusing on management of all accounting and tax needs. Mark also works with senior management on the preparation of budgeting and financial plans, capitalization tables, the and due diligence documentation and process associated with raising additional investment capital. Mark has helped lead companies through IPOs and private equity investments, worked with clients to identify and complete acquisitions of competitors, and led clients in the research and implementation of growth strategies.

Mark received his MBA in Finance from Columbia University, his Masters in Music from Yale University and his Bachelors in Music Performance and Education from the University of Michigan.

When not working with clients, Mark is most often found at the hockey rink, either managing his son’s team or playing defense.
